   Chana Masala  
     
   
     
  Ingredients
» 1½ medium katori (150 gm ) Chick Peas (Chhole) - Soak overnight.
» 2 Medium size Tomatoes (100 gm)
+ Rasoi Magic Chana Masala Mix

Method

Mix the entire packet of Chana Masala mix into ½ cup of water and keep aside. Pressure cook the soaked Chick Peas till soft.

Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add tomato puree or chopped tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Spice Mix paste & cook further for 2-3 minutes.

Add pressure cooked Chick Peas and, 1- ½ cup of water and cook further for 4-5 minutes. Garnish and serve hot with Bhatura / Nan.
 
     
  Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.

  Microwave Recipe  
     
  Ingredients
» Canned Chick Peas - 400 gm
» Tomatoes - 150 gm (3 medium size) - finely chopped or pureed
+ Rasoi Magic Chana Masala Mix

Method
» Mix entire pack of spice mix with ½ cup water.
» Mix 2 tbsp oil and tomato puree in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 4 minutes stirring once in between on high power.
» Add spice mix paste to it and again microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
» Add cooked / canned chick peas, 1 cup water to it and microwave on high power for 5 minutes.
» Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
