Method

Mix entire pack
of spice mix to 1/2 cup of milk. |

Heat 2 tbsp. oil in pan. Add
tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2 - 3 mins. |

Add spice mix paste and cook
for 2-3 mins. Add paneer cubes,1 to 1 ½ cup of water and cook for 2-3
mins. Garnish and serve hot. |

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy. |
