  Ingredients
» Palak Puree 300 g ( 2 cups)
» Paneer - 150 g
» Tomatoes 150 g ( 3 medium size)
» Milk 150 ml (1 cup)

Method
» Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk.
» Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and temper with cumin seeds. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 mins on a medium flame.

Add spice mix paste & cook till oil separates. Add palak puree, paneer cubes, 2 tbsp. butter & cook for 2-3 mins. Garnish with grated paneer and serve hot.
 
     
  Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
