  Paneer Butter Masala  
     
 
 
     
  Ingredients
» Tomatoes - 250 g (4 medium size)
» Paneer - 200 g
» Milk - 150 ml (1 cup)

Method
» Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk.
» Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add tomato puree and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 minutes. Add paneer cubes and 1/2 cup water and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. butter and mix well. Garnish & Serve hot.
 
     
  Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
