Ingredients

Paneer Cubes -
125 gm ( 1 Medium Katori) |

Capsicum - 1 Medium Size, Diced |

Sliced cabbage – 100g (1 Medium
Katori) |

Corn Starch – 3 tbsp |

No Onion No Garlic Schezwan Sauce - 2 tbsp |
Method

Make thick paste
of corn starch with of water. Coat paneer cubes with this paste and deep fry
till golden brown and keep aside. |

Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a frying
pan, add vegetables and stir fry on high flame for 2-3 mins. |

Add schezwan
sauce, 1 ½ cup (225 ml) water, remaining corn starch paste, salt, sugar & soya
sauce to taste and cook for 2-3 mins. |

Add fried paneer and simmer for 1 minute. Serve
hot. |

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy. |
