Method

Heat 2 tbsp oil
in a pan and temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves. |

Add cut vegetables and sauté for 3-4 mins |

Add water, entire pack of sambar mix and 1 tbsp
fresh grated coconut and cook further for 8-10 mins. |

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy. |
