  Ingredients
  Water – 750 ml (3 glasses)
  Bottle gourd (Lauki/Dudhi) 20 g (1 small piece)
  Drumstick - 20 g approx (1/2 stick)
  Tomato - 20 g approx (1/2 size medium)
+ No Onion No Garlic Sambar Mix

Method
» Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
» Add cut vegetables and sauté for 3-4 mins
»
Add water, entire pack of sambar mix and 1 tbsp fresh grated coconut and cook further for 8-10 mins.
 
     
  Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
