Method

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan on
high flame. Add 2 medium katori sliced vegetables (capsicum, cabbage etc.) and
sauté on high flame for 2-3 minutes. |

Add 4 tbsp Schezwan sauce with 3 medium katori
cooked rice and stir fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame. |

Add salt to taste serve hot. |

To make Schezwan Noodles,
use boiled noodles instead of rice. |
