  Schezwan Rice  
     
 
Ingredients
» Vegetables (Capsicum, cabbage etc.) – 2 medium katori
» Cooked rice – 3 medium katori
+ No Onion No Garlic Schezwan Sauce - 4 tbsp

Method

» Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan on high flame. Add 2 medium katori sliced vegetables (capsicum, cabbage etc.) and sauté on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
» Add 4 tbsp Schezwan sauce with 3 medium katori cooked rice and stir fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
» Add salt to taste serve hot.

To make Schezwan Noodles, use boiled noodles instead of rice.
 
     
 
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
