Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup |

Ingredients

Sweet Corn - 50 g ( 1/2 Medium Katori); |

French Beans - 15 gm (2-3 Nos.) finely chopped |

Finely chopped cabbage 1 tbsp |

Finely chopped capsicum 1 tbsp |

Method

Mix entire pack
of soup mix to 1 cup (150 ml) of water and keep aside. |

Take 4 cups (600 ml) of water
in a pan. Add finely chopped vegetables and sweet corn (part quantity crushed
and remaining whole) and cook for 7-8 minutes. |

Add soup
mix paste, stir well and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot with soya sauce and
green chilli sauce. |

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy. |
