Method

Mix the entire
pack of spice mix to ½ cup of milk. Deep fry Paneer cubes till golden
brown colour and put in cold water & keep aside. |

Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan. Add
tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins. |

Add spice
mix paste and cook for 2-3 mins. Add fried paneer cubes, 1 to 1 ½ cup
of water and cook further for 2-3 mins. Garnish and serve hot. |

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy. |
