  Ingredients
» Potato Koftas* 4 to 5 Nos.
» 2 cups (400 ml) milk
» 3 Medium size Tomatoes (150 gm) - finely chopped or pureed
» Corn Flour 2 tbsp
+ Rasoi Magic Malai Kofta Mix

Method
»
Mix the entire content of Malai Kofta Mix with milk.
»
Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add tomato puree and fry for 2-3 minutes.
»
Add the spice mix paste with the puree and cook till gravy thickens.
»
Keep the koftas in a serving dish and pour the gravy over it. Garnish with coriander and cashewnuts.

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.

How to make the Kofta

Ingredients
» 50 gms. khoya
» 50 gms. paneer
» 2 medium potatoes
» 20 gms. cashewnuts
» 20 gms. raisins
» 1. green chilly chopped fine
» 1/2 tsp. ginger grated
» 1 tsp. coriander chopped
» 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
» salt to taste
» Corn Flour 2 tbsp

Method
» Boil the potatoes, peel and smash them.
» Mix together all the ingredients except raisins and cashews.
» Take a ping-pong ball sized dough in hand.
» Flatten. Place 2-3 cashews and raisins in the centre and shape into a ball.
» Repeat for remaining dough. Keep aside.
» Fry till golden colour.

  Microwave Recipe  
     
  Ingredients
» Potato Koftas - 4 to 5 Nos.
» Milk - 300 ml (2 cups)
» Tomatoes - 150 gm (3 Medium size) - finely chopped or pureed
+ Rasoi Magic Malai Kofta Mix

Method
» Mix entire pack of spice mix with milk.
» Mix 2-3 tsp oil and tomato puree in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high power for 4 minutes stirring once in between.
» Add spice mix paste to it and again microwave for 2 minutes.
» Place koftas in a serving bowl, pour gravy on it, garnish with cashews and chopped coriander and serve hot.
