   Shahi Paneer Mix  
     
   
     
  Ingredients
  Paneer 150gm - cubes
  Tomato 150gm
+ Rasoi Magic Shahi Paneer Mix

Method
  Mix entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk.
  Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a pan. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 mins.
  Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 mins. Add paneer cubes, 1 cup of water & cook for 2-3 mins. Garnish & serve hot with phulka or Nan.
 
     
   Amritsari Paneer Tikka  
     
   
     
  Ingredients
  Paneer - 150 g
  Tomatoes - 200 g (3-4 medium size)
  Capsicum – 1 medium size
  Onion – 1 small size
+ Rasoi Magic Amritsari Paneer Tikka Mix

Method
 
Mix the entire pack of spice mix to ½ cup of milk. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, fry paneer pieces till golden brown colour and put in cold water & keep aside.
 
In remaining oil, add cubes of capsicum and onion and fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes.
 
Add spice mix paste and cook well till oil separates. Add 1 cup water, paneer and cook till gravy thickens. Garnish and serve hot with phulka or naan.
 
     
   Paneer Deewani Handi  
     
   
     
  Ingredients
  Paneer - 150 g
  Tomatoes - 150 g (3 medium size)
  Coloured Capsicum (cubes) – 1 medium size
+ Rasoi Magic Paneer Deewani Handi Mix

Method
 
Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk.
 
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes on high flame. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
 
Add spice mix paste and fry till oil separates. Add paneer and 1 cup water and cook till gravy thickens. Garnish and serve hot with phulka or naan.
 
     
   Paneer Achari  
     
   
     
  Ingredients
  Paneer - 200 g
  Milk – 150 ml (1 cup)
  Curd – 2 tpsb
+ Rasoi Magic Paneer Achari Mix

Method
 
Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk.
 
Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, add slit green chilli, thinly sliced (juliens) fresh ginger, long paneer pieces and fry for 1 minute.
 
Add spice mix paste and fry till oil separates. Add 2 tbsp curd and fry for a minute. Add 1 cup (150 ml) water and cook on high flame till gravy thickens. Serve hot with phulka or naan.
 
     
   Paneer Chili Milli  
     
 
 
     
  Ingredients
  Paneer - 150 g
  Capsicum – 1 medium size (Diced)
  Onion – 1 medium size (Diced)
  Carrot – 1 medium size (Diced)
+ Rasoi Magic Paneer Chili Milli Mix

Method
 
Make thick paste of corn flour with water. Coat paneer cubes with this paste and deep fry till golden brown and keep aside.
 
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan on high flame, add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minute. Add 2½ cups (375 ml ) water and spice mix. Stir & bring to boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
 
Add fried paneer, mix well & simmer till gravy thickens. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with rice.
 
     
   Sambar Mix  
     
   
     
  Ingredients
  Bottle gourd (Lauki/Dudhi) 20 g (1 small piece)
  Drumstick - 20 g approx (1/2 stick)
  Tomato - 20 g approx (1/2 size medium)
  Water: 750 ml (3 glasses)
+ Rasoi Magic Sambar Mix

Method
 
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
 
Add cut vegetables and sauté for 3-4 mins
 
Add water, entire pack of sambar mix and 1 tbsp fresh grated coconut and cook further for 8-10 mins.
 
     
   Aloo Paratha Mix  
     
   
     
  Ingredients
  Water – 200 ml
+ Rasoi Magic Aloo Paratha Mix

Method
 
Mix the entire contents of the product thoroughly before use.
 
Add chopped green coriander and 200 ml hot water ( approx. 1 1/2 cup) gradually till you get desired consistency. Mix well & keep aside for 10 mins.
 
Make small balls of the above mix for making Aloo Parathas (Stuff these balls into the ready wheat flour dough). Serve hot paratha, garnished with dollop of butter, along with curd, pickle or chutney.
 
     
  Do not add anything else. These packs contain salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
