Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 ½ cup of milk.

Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and temper with cumin seeds. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 mins on a medium flame.

Add spice mix paste & cook till oil separates. Add palak puree, paneer cubes, 2 tbsp. butter & cook for 2-3 mins. Garnish with grated paneer and serve hot.
Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.

Method

Mix entire pack of spice mix with ½ cup water.

Mix 2-3 tsp oil and tomato puree in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 4 minutes stirring once in between on high power.

Add the spice mix paste and microwave for 2 minutes.

Add Palak puree, paneer to it and again microwave on high for 3 minutes.
