   Paneer Makhanwala  
     
   
     
  Ingredients
» Paneer 250 gm (Cottage Cheese)
» ½ cup (75 ml) milk
» Puree made from 3 Medium size Tomatoes (150 gm)
+ Rasoi Magic Paneer Makhanwala Mix

Method
» Mix the entire content of Paneer Makhanwalla Mix with milk.
» Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
» Add the spice mix paste with the puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in Paneer. Mix in water for consistency. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes
 
     
  Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.

  Microwave Recipe  
     
  Ingredients
» Cottage Cheese - 350 gm
» Tomatoes - 250 gm ( 4-5 medium size) - finely chopped or pureed
» Milk - 100 ml (¾ cup)
+ Rasoi Magic Paneer Makhanwala Mix

Method
» Mix entire pack of spice mix with ¾ cup milk.
» Mix 2-3 tsp butter and tomato puree in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 4 minutes on high power, stirring once in between. Add spice mix paste, paneer and microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
» Garnish with chopped coriander, fresh cream and serve hot.
