Paneer 250 gm (Cottage Cheese) |

½ cup (75 ml) milk |

Puree made from 3 Medium size Tomatoes (150 gm) |

Method
| » |
Mix the entire content of Paneer Makhanwalla Mix with milk. |
| » |
Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. |

Add the spice mix paste with the puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in Paneer. Mix in water for consistency. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes |

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy. |

Mix entire pack of spice mix with ¾ cup milk. |

Mix 2-3 tsp butter and tomato puree in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 4 minutes on high power, stirring once in between. Add spice mix paste, paneer and microwave on high power for 3 minutes. |

Garnish with chopped coriander, fresh cream and serve hot. |
