Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk.
Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, add slit green chilli,
thinly sliced (juliens) fresh ginger, long paneer pieces and fry for 1 minute.
Add spice mix paste and fry till oil separates.
Add 2 tbsp curd and fry for a minute. Add 1 cup (150 ml) water and cook on high
flame till gravy thickens. Serve hot with phulka or naan.
Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
