   Amritsari Paneer Tikka  
     
   
     
  Ingredients
  Paneer - 150 g
  Tomatoes - 200 g (3-4 medium size)
  Capsicum – 1 medium size
  Onion – 1 small size
+ Rasoi Magic Amritsari Paneer Tikka Mix

Method
 
Mix the entire pack of spice mix to ½ cup of milk. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, fry paneer pieces till golden brown colour and put in cold water & keep aside.
 
In remaining oil, add cubes of capsicum and onion and fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes.
 
Add spice mix paste and cook well till oil separates. Add 1 cup water, paneer and cook till gravy thickens. Garnish and serve hot with phulka or naan.
 
     
  Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
