Ingredients

Paneer - 150 g |
| |
Tomatoes - 200 g (3-4 medium size) |
| |
Capsicum – 1 medium size |
| |
Onion – 1 small size |

Method

Mix the entire pack of spice
mix to ½ cup
of milk. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, fry paneer pieces till golden brown colour
and put in cold water & keep aside. |

In remaining oil, add cubes of capsicum and onion
and fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes. |

Add spice mix paste and cook well till oil separates.
Add 1 cup water, paneer and cook till gravy thickens. Garnish and serve hot with
phulka or naan. |

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy. |
