Paneer Butter Masala |

Ingredients

Paneer 200 gm (Cottage Cheese) |

1 cup (150 ml) milk |

Puree made from 4 Medium size Tomatoes (250 gm) |
| + Rasoi Magic Paneer Butter Masala Mix |
Method

Mix the entire content of Paneer Butter Masala Mix with milk. |

Heat 2 tbsp of butter/oil, add tomato puree and fry for 2-3 minutes. |

Add the spice mix paste with the puree, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Paneer cubes and ½ cup of water for consistency. Simmer gently for 7 to 8 minutes. |

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy. |

Milk - 100 ml (¾ cup) |

Tomatoes - 250 gm (5 medium size) - finely chopped or pureed |

Method

Mix entire pack of spice mix with ¾ cup milk. |

Mix butter and tomato puree in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 4 minutes stirring once in between on high power. |

Add spice mix paste, microwave on high for 2 minutes. |

Add Paneer, ½ cup milk and microwave on high for 3 minutes. |

Garnish with chopped coriander and fresh cream and serve hot. |
