   Paneer Chili Milli  
     
 
 
     
  Ingredients
  Paneer - 150 g
  Capsicum – 1 medium size (Diced)
  Onion – 1 medium size (Diced)
  Carrot – 1 medium size (Diced)
+ Rasoi Magic Paneer Chili Milli Mix

Method
 
Make thick paste of corn flour with water. Coat paneer cubes with this paste and deep fry till golden brown and keep aside.
 
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan on high flame, add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minute. Add 2½ cups (375 ml ) water and spice mix. Stir & bring to boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
 
Add fried paneer, mix well & simmer till gravy thickens. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with rice.
 
     
  You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
