Method
» Mix entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of water.
» Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.
»
Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 min, add cooked & mashed dal, 1 cup of water & cook for 2 to 3 min.
» Temper with whole red chilli,cumin & curry leaves. Garnish & serve hot with phulka or nan.

 
   Baigan Bharta  
     
  Ingredients
» 3 large size roasted & mashed baigan (300 gm)
» 2 medium size tomatoes (100 gm)
+ Rasoi Magic Veg Kolhapuri Mix

Method
» Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.
» Add spice mix & cook for 2-3 min.
» Add roasted, deskined & mashed baigan & cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish with chopped green coriander & serve hot with phulka or nan.
 
     
   Veg Makhanwala  
     
  Ingredients
» 200 gm boiled mix vegetables (2 medium katori)
» 3 medium size tomatoes (150 gm)
» 50 gm Paneer (cubes)
» ½ cup Cream

Method
» Mix entire pack of spice mix to ½ cup of milk.
» Heat 2 tbsp. oil/butter in a pan, add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min
» Add spice paste & cook for 2-3 min, add vegetables, 1½ cup of water, paneer and cream & cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish & serve hot with phulka or nan.
 
     
   Mushroom Butter Masala  
     
  Ingredients
» 200 gm Button Mushrooms (1 packet)
» 3 medium size tomatoes (150 gm)

Method
» Mix entire pack of spice mix to ½ cup of milk.
» Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a pan, add sliced mushrooms & fry for 2-3 mins. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.
» Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 min. Add 1 cup of water & cook for 2 to 3 min. Garnish with chopped green coriander & serve hot with phulka or nan.
 
     
   Paneer Pasanda  
     
  Ingredients
» Paneer 150 gms.
» Tomatoes 150gm(2-3nos medium)
» Soya sauce 1tbsp
» Tomato ketchup 1tbsp
+ Rasoi Magic Paneer Makhanwala Mix

Method
» Mix the entire pack of spice mix to half cup of milk.
» Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
» Add spice mix paste and 1 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.
» Add paneer, stir well and cook on medium flame for 10 min.
» Add soya sauce and tomato ketch up and mix well.
» Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves with Phulka or Nan.
 
     
   Corn Capsicum Masala  
     
  Ingredients
» Sweet Corn (boiled) 150 gms.
» Capsicum 60gm
» Tomatoes 150 gm (3 medium size)
» Cream / Malai ¼ cup
+ Rasoi Magic Paneer Makhanwala Mix

Method
» Mix the entire pack of spice mix to half cup of milk.
» Heat 2 tbsp. oil / cream in a pan. Add Capsicum and fry for one minute. Add sweet corn and fry for one minute.
» Add tomato puree or finely cut tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
» Add one cup of water and cook till gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with phulka or nan.

» 200 gm Cauliflower florets (2 medium katori)

Method
» Mix entire pack of spice mix to ½ cup of milk.
» Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan, fry Cauliflower florets to golden brown in colour. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min.

  Ingredients
» Pizza base 3 Nos
» Tomatoes 150 gm ( 3 medium size)
» Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
» Chiili sauce 2 tsp

» Capsicum 50 gm (2 nos medium - shredded)
» Spring onions 50 gm (shredded)
» Paneer 100 gm

Method
»

Mix the entire pack of spice mix to half cup of milk.

» Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add onion and capsicum and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
» Add Spice mix paste and cook till oil separates.
» And paneer pieces and fry for 2 minutes.
» Add sauces, and mix well.
» Top pizza base with this mixture and cover it with grated cheese.
» Bake pizza in an oven for 10 minutes or cook it in a pan on low flame for 15 minutes.
» Serve hot with tomato sauce.

» Palak puree 400 gm ( 2 medium katori)

Heat 2 tbsp. oil & 2 tbsp. butter in pan, fry finely chopped capsicum for 2 min.

» Add tomato puree, entire pack of pavbhaji spice mix & fry for 2 to 3 min.
» Add cooked & mashed green peas, 1 cup of water & cook for 7-8 min.
» Add butter & cook well for 2 mins.
» Stuff the ready bhaji in pav along with chopped onion & coriander & shallow fry the pav in butter. Serve hot.
 
     
   Kaju Curry  
     
  Ingredients
» Tomatoes 150 gm (3 medium size)
» Cashew nuts 50 gm (half katori)
» Milk 200 ml ( 1½ cups)
+ Rasoi Magic Malai Kofta Mix

Method
»

Mix entire pack of spice mix to 2 cups of milk.

» Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan and fry cashew nuts till golden brown and keep aside.
» Add tomato puree and fry for 2-3 minutes.
» Add the spice mix paste and cook till gravy thickens.
» Add cashew nuts and mix well. Garnish with cream and serve hot.

  Ingredients
» Cabbage grated 1 katori
» Carrot grated ½ katori
» Onion finely chopped one small size
» Capsicum finely chopped one small size
» Green chili and ginger paste 1 tsp
» Salt to taste
» Refined Wheat flour (Maida) 2 tbsp
» Corn flour 2 tbsp

Method
»

Mix all the ingredients and make small balls and deep fry till golden brown.


» Veg Bhuna - Gravy

 
  Ingredients
» Tomato – 100 gm (two medium size)
» Grated coconut – 2tbsp
» Seasame seeds (Til) - 2tbsp
» Coriander Leaves finely chopped – 2 tbsp
» Green Chilli – 2 Nos.
» Curd - ½ cup
» Ginger grated – 1 tsp
» Malai ½ cream
» Sugar for taste
+ Rasoi Magic Malai Kofta Mix

Method
» Grind the entire ingredients, except Spice Mix Powder, and keep aside.
» Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the ground Masala and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add Rasoi Magic Malai Kofta Spice Mix and cook further for 2 minutes.
» Add 1 cup hot water and cook for 2 minutes. Add Malai and Fried Bhunas and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with Phulka / Roti.

 
     
  Do not add anything else. These packs contain salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
