   Veg Biryani  
     
   
     
  This dish is a complete meal, the Rasoi Magic mix ensures that you get the most exotic tasting veggie biryani.  
     
  Ingredients
» 300 gm high quality Indian Basmati Rice
» 3 cups or 300 gm cut mix vegetables
» 100 gm curd or unsweetened yogurt
» One medium sized onion sliced
+ Rasoi Magic Veg Biryani Mix

Method
»
Cook the rice, with a pinch of salt. Blend the curd and Biryani mix. Fry sliced onions till brown and keep aside.
» Heat 3 tbsp of pure ghee, add cut vegetables, and sauté for 4- 5 minutes. Add spice mix paste, ½ cup of water and cook for 2 mins.
» Add the cooked rice and mix well. Garnish with fried onions and cashew.
 
     
  Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.

  Microwave Recipe  
     
  Ingredients
» Cooked Basmati Rice - 600 gm (6 medium cups)
» Cut Mixed Vegetables - 300 gm (3 medium Katori)
» Yogurt - 100 gm (½ cup)
+ Rasoi Magic Veg Biryani Mix

Method
» Mix entire pack of spice mix with ½ cup curd.
» Microwave mixed vegetables on high power with 3 tsp oil for 5-6 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked.
» Add spice mix paste to it and again microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
» Mix cooked rice and the vegetables and microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
» Garnish with chopped coriander, fried cashews and serve hot.
