   Pav Bhaji  
     
   
     
  This is recipe mix almost complete in its offering - you don't need to boil potatoes, nor go through all the trouble of mashing them.  
     
  Ingredients
» 300 gm or 5 medium size tomatoes – chopped or pureed.
» 100 gm or 2 medium size capsicums.
» 100 gm fresh or frozen green peas.
+ Rasoi Magic Pav Bhaji Mix

Method
»
Boil peas, mash them into a smooth mix and keep it aside.
»
Heat 3 tbsp of oil; fry the chopped capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pureed tomatoes and cook for 2 minuntes.

Add the mashed peas, simmer and them add 2 cups of water and the pav bhaji spice mix paste. Let it all simmer together, until it thickens. Garnish with 2 tbs butter and coriander - offer with bread, buns or  pav.
 
     
  Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.

  Microwave Recipe  
     
  Ingredients
» Tomatoes - 300 gm (5 medium size) finely chopped
» Green Peas - 100 gm (1 bowl)
» Capsicum - 100 gm (2 medium size) finely chopped
+ Rasoi Magic Pav Bhaji Mix

Method
» Cover and cook Peas and capsicum with 1 cup water on high power for 4 minutes or till well cooked.
» Then mash them and keep aside.
» Mix 2 tbsp butter and tomato puree in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 6 minutes stirring once in between on high power.
» Mix the contents of the packet with it, add peas and capsicum and 1 cup water and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
» Garnish with chopped onion and coriander and serve hot.
