Mix the entire
content of Veg Kadhai Mix with ½ cup of 100 grams Curd or Plain Yogurt.

Heat 3 tbsp of oil; fry diced paneer, capsicum, onion cubes and mixed vegetables well, till they are golden brown.

Add the spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander.
Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
